How long does setup take?
Most shops go live in 7 days or less. We learn your jobs, hours, prices and the way you talk, then turn things on one piece at a time so nothing breaks.
What if customers do not like talking to AI?
Most callers just want a fast answer and a time slot, and that is what they get. Anyone who asks for a person can be transferred to you right away.
Can it work with my current CRM and phone system?
Yes. You keep your number. We connect to Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and anything Zapier or Make can reach.
What if the AI answers something wrong?
It only answers from the facts you approve. If it is not sure, it says so, takes a message and flags it to you. You can read every call transcript and we fix any answer the same day.
Is there a long contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any time.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. We do the setup. You get texts when jobs book and a short weekly report. That is it.
What happens to my call recordings and customer data?
They stay yours. We only use them to run and improve your agents, never to train anyone else's, and you can ask us to delete them any time.
Can it speak Spanish?
Yes. Your agents can answer in Spanish and other languages and switch on their own when the caller does.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local service businesses that live on the phone. HVAC, roofing, plumbing, auto repair, med spas, dental, law firms, remodelers and more than 30 others.
How do I see what it is doing?
Every call and chat has a transcript and summary. You get a text for each booking and a weekly report with calls answered, jobs booked and missed calls saved.
Will callers know it is AI?
It sounds natural, but we never pretend it is a person if someone asks. Most callers care about one thing. Did somebody pick up and solve my problem. It does.
Can it transfer a call to me?
Yes. You pick the rules. Emergencies, big jobs, or anyone who asks for a human can ring straight to your cell, and you get a text summary first.
Does it work with my current number?
Yes. You keep your number. We forward calls to the AI all the time, only after hours, or only when you miss them. Your choice.
Will it slow my website down?
No. The chat loads after the rest of your page and stays tiny until someone opens it.
What if it does not know an answer?
It says so, takes their info, and flags it to you. It never makes up a price or a promise.
Does it work on any website builder?
Yes. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoHighLevel, Webflow, Shopify or hand coded. One line of code.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. It works with your current business number. We handle the texting registration so the messages get through.
Can I take over the text chat?
Any time. Reply from the app and the AI steps back.
What does the first text say?
Whatever you want it to. We write it with you in your voice and you approve it before it goes live.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Asking for reviews is fine. What is not allowed is only sending happy people to Google. Every customer gets the public link here.
Which sites can it ask for?
Google first, plus Yelp, Facebook, Angi or any site with a review link.
Can it reply to reviews for me?
It drafts a reply for each one. You approve with a tap, or set simple ones to post on their own.
Will it spam my customers?
No. Every sequence is short, stops the second someone replies, and honors opt outs automatically.
Do I need a new CRM?
Usually not. We plug into what you already use. If you have nothing, we set up a simple one for you.
Can I see what gets sent?
Yes. You approve every message before it goes live, and you can pause any sequence with a tap.
Can you guarantee number one on Google?
Nobody honest can. We fix what is in your control and show you the rank grid every month so you can see the movement.
What is a knowledge base?
It is one page of true facts about your business. Your phone agent, chat and texts all read from it, so they never disagree.
Do you need access to my Google profile?
Manager access only. You stay the owner and can remove us any time.
