What we collect
When you fill out a form or call us we collect your name, phone, email, business name and what you tell us. For clients, our agents process call audio, transcripts, chat and text messages to run the service.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, run and improve your own agents, and send you the texts or emails you asked for. We never sell your data or use one client's calls to train another client's agent.
Text messages
If you opt in, we text you about your request. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
